About me and some more:
I have a background with chronic disease myself, so I know how it is like to be told that you can never get better and all you really can do is to take medications and try to mask the symptoms just a little bit.
I am not going to write a whole lot about that story but I want you to know that I have a lot of experience from an early age about serious diseases caused by pathogens as in virus, bacteria and parasites and also about the overwhelming struggles that comes with it.
I have really learned the hard way and battled a long time when there was almost zero information to be found anywhere and with, dear I say it, no support from anyone understanding anything.
But I did not give up and started to fight as soon as I was convinced enough that nature is on our side if we play with it and not against it, and that what I was told about "chronic" is so so far from the truth.
I know that a lot of what I will share in this article is for many very controversial.
Most of us are raised believing that modern medicine is the real deal and also many of us have thought for years that it doesn't really matter that much what we eat.
A lot of the information I share here now is based on my own experience with serious chronic disease and what methods I have used to cure it and still uses to stay healthy and full of energy.
Please keep in mind that this is a holistic (whole-istic) approach to health and that this is the kind of information that maybe many of you need to really open up to, to be able to digest.
It would help to start blank and maybe pretend that it is the first time you read about health, anti-aging, how to heal and how to reverse and/or avoid disease in the future.
Some of the sources I refer to is not widely accepted in society today but if you stay open and don't judge it because of your own inherited and past beliefs I can promise you that you will benefit a lot from this information.
I trust that me being authentic, humble, open and honest and daring to share this with all of you who want to read it, hopefully will expand your beliefs of what you thought you knew to be true and maybe also open up a few new doors so that we can welcome a wider spectre of information and be even more open and heart centered towards other people and methods on how to solve many of the problems we have in our society today.
I know that it is easy to get judged and also to judge other fellow humans here we are now, so I want to show you my vulnerability and ask of you to please try to stay open and in your heart space.
If you have to think that me and others mentioned in this article are just insane, it is ok of course but then remember that most likely you have been surprised before by your own pre judgements and sometimes outdated and a bit closed minded thinking patterns.
I know for sure that I have been there many times before and I'm also sure I will be "trapped" there again ;)
Now, I have to say also that I am wholeheartedly grateful for everything I have experienced so far in my life, all the suffering and harmful survival strategies I had to carry with me, trying to protect myself.
For a long time living from a place of pain to finally break free from a lot of addictions and bad habits so that I can now be able to share what I have learned and maybe spare you some pain and suffering or maybe just place some hope and healing vibes to all of you out there that is receptive to this information.

What is a/the coronavirus and where does it come from?
Now, that would be a question every individual should research for themselves and make up their own minds about. It is our own responsibility to think critically and question the environment we have around us.
Have in mind that in this article I am referring to disease forming pathogens in general and how we can protect ourselves against them, not only the coronavirus.
Now, what is a pathogen?
I refer to the explanation about pathogens in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pathogen
In biology, a pathogen (Greek: πάθος pathos "suffering", "passion" and -γενής -genēs "producer of") in the oldest and broadest sense, is anything that can produce disease.
A pathogen may also be referred to as an infectious agent, or simply a germ.
The term pathogen came into use in the 1880s.
Typically, the term is used to describe an infectious microorganism or agent, such as a virus, bacterium, protozoan, prion, viroid, or fungus.
Small animals, such as certain kinds of worms and insect larvae, can also produce disease.
However, these animals are usually, in common parlance, referred to as parasites rather than pathogens.
The scientific study of microscopic organisms, including microscopic pathogenic organisms, is called microbiology, while the study of disease that may include these pathogens is called pathology.
Parasitology, meanwhile, is the scientific study of parasites and the organisms that host them.
There are several pathways through which pathogens can invade a host.
The principal pathways have different episodic time frames, but soil has the longest or most persistent potential for harbouring a pathogen.
Diseases in humans that are caused by infectious agents are known as pathogenic diseases, though not all diseases are caused by pathogens.
How can we take responsibility of our own health and protect ourselves from pathogens?
Personal hygiene of course is important. Avoid putting fingers in your mouth, eyes, ears, nose or biting fingernails. Clean your mobile phone, computer, tablet and other things that you touch a lot regulary. To build a strong immunesystem it is actually important to be in contact with these pathogens but most of these that we are struggling with in todays society are not naturally coming from nature if you know what i mean ;)
What we need to know and understand is that we all have them, inside of ourselves, right now, all the time.
Also, pathogens are not "something" that can just live on without any fuel.
Just like us humans and other living species, a pathogen and all viruses need to feed themselves some sort of fuel to keep going.
Pathogens have the same needs as us, they need supporting foods to stay healthy and strong, like we need food and liquid that support our immune system and microbiota (gut flora) to fight disease.
To fight against these disease forming little bastards we need to know what they love to eat to become strong fighters inside of us and we need to know what kind of food that actually works against their favour.
Research and science have for a long time noticed the importance of a diet rich in fiber and antioxidants.
The more we eat of foods that are carrying high amounts of these qualities the more strong our immune system will be.
Now, the foods that have the highest amount of fiber and antioxidants are fruit and vegetables in their natural form, called wholefoods.
When foods are refined and extracted from their natural form our body will have a hard job because the food is now unbalanced, the body will get really stressed out and uses a lot of energy to "fix" the problem.
Energy that could be used in many different things in life if it came from something balanced in the first place.
Anyway, our body will always do it's best to digest it, absorb the nutrients available and also try it's best to create optimal balance so that the further signals to the rest of the body and I have to mention, the brain, will work as normal as possible.
To fix our brain we need to fix our gut is the new saying in research and science about mental health because mental health has everything to do with our guts and what we choose to feed ourselves.
Here comes a few words on processed products.
Most of the time they are added with addictive chemicals that will trick our brains and bodies to keep us coming back for more, like any other person addicted to something also would do.
The industries making these products knows this very well and will continue to put these addictive ingredients in their products until we, the consumers stops to buy them.
They do not care about our health, they care about getting more money.
Our health is one and only our own responsibility in this world at this time.
But you don't have to continue to play that game if you don't want to, you can free yourself with time, I like to say, if I can do it, you can do it, but first of all, the awareness around how it works and seeing the bigger picture is the first step to heal this very tricky health situation.
I have to mention this too, although I know that it may upset some of you women out there but I feel that if we are going to take informed choices and real responsibility we need to know this, and science shows that what women chooses to eat through pregnancy and the quality of the breast milk from the mother is a huge and important factor for the building of healthy gut microbes and strong immune system in the baby and in the young child.
If for some reason breastfeeding could not happen, or the quality of the milk was poor the rest of this article have a lot of information on how to build it strong again for yourself and/or your child, if that is what you want to do.
It is never too late.
There is especially one very normal habit in society today that I also want to mention here, and that is caffeine.
The plants that contain caffeine chemicals are usually very bitter in its natural, unprocessed form, I think most of us would not consume it if it were not processed, and we often camouflage the bitterness with sugar, artificial sweeteners, milk and so on.
Many of us uses the antioxidant excuse for consuming coffee, tea and chocolate.
In reality this actually is a central nervous system stimulant just like energy drinks, sodas, narcotic drugs, medications and alcohol.
Truth is that they (caffeine/theine products) are all highly addictive stimulants that will influence our central nervous system and our whole bodily system in a very stressful and in the long run harmful way.
It will create a survival response as the famous fight or flight mode inside of us and this will make our adrenals run really hard to create adrenaline (not of the positive type, like being in love J) so that we can escape the threatening situation, all this stress happens inside of our bodies without most of us even noticing anything uncomfortable at all.
It is also very dehydrating and in fact poisonous, just like alcohol.
It is not a good source of energy because it tricks our system, it is false energy and can easily result in energy issues like unbalanced/unstable energy and adrenal fatigue.
The same thing can easily happen with a diet high especially in fats.
Have you met anyone who has been on a ketogenic or a low carbohydrate diet that does not supplement with caffeine or other stimulants? Or someone who has been on it for a long time without any stimulants but also without having "cheat days" or suddenly crashes and find themselves bingeing on something with carbohydrates?
If you think about it, pure fat is heavy, hard, sticky and slow flowing (if it is a processed oil for example) and it will stick to our cells like bubble gum creating insulin problems and again unbalanced energy.
Of course healthy unprocessed fats in a natural whole form is another story, they will benefit our overall health but to cover our nutritional needs we really don't need as much of them as we might think or are taught to believe.
Because too many nuts, seeds or avocadoes (fats) will also create an unbalance.
It really is as simple or as difficult as that.
Whatever we choose it to be, but most important is the awareness of it all.
With the awareness at least we have the opportunity to make a conscious choice, and with that, it is up to us.
We can choose to educate ourselves further and experiment with the information or not.
This information is just another story, another angle and it is definitely derived from a different school than the ones most of us have experienced growing up.
Next theme is our beloved taste buds.
Unfortunately since our taste buds are so used to artificial sweeteners, different kinds of stimulants, highly processed products, salt, refined sugars and fats that are also highly addictive, we no longer have a natural response to food.
To keep ourselves and all of our organs balanced so that the body can detox and heal whatever is coming up is very important to stay healthy, not only physically but also mentally.
Fortunately it does not take that long to change a habit, and our bodies will adapt quickly most of the time, even though it can be hard psychologically and emotionally, but our taste buds cycle of life are actually changing every 10-14 days.
This means that if you stick to the change of eating more wholefoods (plant foods in natural form) and ditch the chemicals and processed foods you will taste what used to be boring in a different and more interesting way soon enough.
The easiest way to successfully adapt a balanced whole foods diet is of course you really wanting to change, for yourself, and you need to know why you want to do it and continue to educate yourself on that path.
It is easy to fall back into previous unhealthy habits and patterns because of social pressure and/or because of deep imprinted beliefs from earlier generations and the society we live in, therefore it is very important be truthfully passionate about it and have your OWN fundamental reason/reasons for creating the change.
Another important thing to know is that cravings for unhealthy processed foods and the urge for caffeine and other stimulants in any form are actually a signal that our body is not getting enough adequate nourishment.
Glucose is the key, I would highly recommend documentaries like:

There's endless of information
these days like books, articles, documentaries and studies referring to the carbohydrate/fat/protein
(macronutrients) situation when it comes to our health.
Here is a little list of doctors that is well known for their view on medicine and how they help their patients to reverse disease:
Ph.D T. Colin Campbell (nutritionstudies.org)
MD Neil Barnard (pcrm.org)
Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn (dresselstyn.com)
Dr. Michael Klaper, M.D. (doctorklaper.com)

In Wikipedia you can read about glucose and I will write a few of the lines here that I find the most relevant:
Glucose is a simple sugar with the molecular formula C6H12O6.
Glucose is the most abundant monosaccharide, a subcategory of carbohydrates.
Glucose is mainly made by plants and most algae during photosynthesis from water and carbon dioxide, using energy from sunlight.
There it is used to make cellulose in cell walls, which is the most abundant carbohydrate.
In energy metabolism, glucose is the most important source of energy in all organisms.
Glucose for metabolism is partially stored as a polymer, in plants mainly as starch and amylopectin and in animals as glycogen.
Glucose circulates in the blood of animals as blood sugar.
Glucose is a primary source of energy for living organisms.
It is naturally occurring and is found in fruits and other parts of plants in its free state.
In animals glucose arises from the breakdown of glycogen in a process known as glycogenolysis.
Glucose, as intravenous sugar solution, is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most important medications needed in a basic health system.
The name glucose derives through the French from the Greek γλυκός ('glukos'), which means "sweet".
When our storages are full and we have enough glucose in our system (and brains) it is easy to say no to the temptations from harmful foods.
Nutrition in the terms of food is one thing but it is not only the outside world we get exposed to stressful situations that is taxing on our overall system.
Our eating habits can also be extremely taxing on our bodies, processed foods, high protein and fatty diets are very hard for our system to break down and digest.
It takes a lot of our energy and water away from our bodies to.
The smoothest and easiest foods energetically to digest are raw whole plant foods (especially fruits) who is mostly built with water and carbohydrates and our body will easily break it down to glucose.
80-90% carbohydrates, 5-10% proteins and 5-10% fats (learn in "chronometer" about the macronutrient composition in different foods) is the combination that will cause the most natural and light feeling and is also the kind of foods that creates a free flow of energy throughout our body. Look at the macro-combination in potatoes and bananas for example.
These foods does not create new blockages like diseases etc., they will do the opposite and help us to remove the blockages that are already there.
Surely the foods we choose to eat is a big factor for health but another big one is the products that we choose to use externally like soap, cream, perfume, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste etc., anything that actually ends up in our bloodstream eventually.
To protect ourselves we should use as much natural products as possible.
Avoid fluoride, chlorine, alcohol, aluminium, all kinds of heavy metals and extracted chemicals.
There are many recipes on body products that can easily be made in your own home.
One example would be toothpaste, I know that there is a known freshness and foaming we want to experience when we brush our teeth, but if we ignore that "little addiction" ;) the easy way is just brushing with coconut oil, raw cacao, charcoal or all of them mixed if you like, lemon, salt and bicarbonate is effective too.
In the moment of writing about toothpaste I also want to mention that rinsing your mouth with flossing (natural taste free floss) and brushing your teeth first thing in the morning, before you drink or eat anything is a very valuable routine that will help you to build a stronger immune system and further again create a more overall wellbeing.
Lastly and well known, to create the optimal nourishment in our lives we need healthy routines and make sure we get loads of quality sleep, rest, water, activity, sunshine, air, nature, music, passion, positive environment, emotional support etc.
I will get back to those aspects again very soon.
It is a lot of chemistry going on inside of us all the time.
Our body is a BIG system of cells all connected together.
Inside this big system there are many smaller systems connected and they are all in this together.
They are constantly working and they have a very hard job these days with trying to handle all the unnatural foods that we can buy and consume on every corner.
In my spiritual opinion our body is our vessel and I feel that the main purpose it has is to carry our soul through whatever is lined up for us at this time to experience, to fight threatening invaders and to detox and heal.
That's it I think, 24/7.
What is it exactly that pathogens LOVE to eat and thrives on?
Be aware of and understand the importance of reading the ingredients list on packaged products carefully.
They love to feed on eggs, all kinds of eggs, it does not matter if they are free range, organic or from you're your own backyard, sorry but they will feed pathogens no matter what and as we know, most diseases stem from pathogens.
Next up is dairy, all kinds of dairy products and it is the same here as with the eggs, it does not matter how good quality it is, it will feed disease forming pathogens.
Be aware of also that pathogens can actually create a craving for something specific, such as if you suddenly feel the need to eat something they like.
Crazy huh? But hey, they are alive just like us and they know what they want.
The less we feed them the less we will crave and eventually their "voice" will be muted.
Quick list of the rest of the most harmful ones, not in any specific order:
MSG
Canola oil
Artificial flavours
Artificial sweeteners
Gluten
Pork
Citric acid
Soy
Processed beet sugar
Farmed fish
Natural flavours
Corn
Beets (non organic)
Preservatives
GMO's
Tinctures with alcohol used as a preservative (use alcohol free tinctures)
Many of the ingredients in prescription drugs and in medications
Heavy metals
Remember that these are all normal ingredients in processed food products.
Traces of animal products and other chemicals can stay in our system for many months, depending on how healthy and efficient our organism can detoxify all of our organs and bodily cells.
The more natural, clean and raw plant foods we eat, the more water we drink and less added salt we consume the faster we can detox and heal.
The more processed, unnatural and contaminated foods we eat the longer it will take to clean out the system and the easier it will be to host disease forming pathogens.
Every organism in the plant kingdom are also master teachers and they do talk to us, our organism, in a "language" that can be difficult to understand but if we listen carefully and stay present, we might learn a thing or two ♥
What kind of foods are super protective and actually
fight against and starve these nasty little "bugs"?

Our HEART space
In my opinion, it really all depends on how you feed the environment inside and around you, essentially what YOU CHOOSE to consume.
Not only through your mouth but also your eyes, ears and emotional body.
Learning to follow our HEART and do what feels GOOD, and learn to stop doing what does not feel good, as much as possible.
Learn from situations that results in maybe not feeling so good and try to avoid them.
Being authentic with ourselves, our feelings and emotions and also be true and honest towards the beings in our environment.
Use our feelings as our loving guide to set healthy boundaries for ourselves and the people and situations around us.
At least try, try to never give up trying.
Every second, minute, hour and new day counts, it is suddenly there, always ready to help us break a cycle of negative patterns.
Remember that we manifest everything in our life ourselves and no one but oneself is responsible for how we choose to create it to be and become.
We are responsible for how we respond to what life presents to us all the time and it is so important to try not to give our power away.
Not to anyone or anything.
If you do, you become a victim of your own life and your life will feel like a prison.
You have to find ways to fill your emotional void through yourself not through others or external treats.
And YOU have to learn to LIKE yourself first, really like who YOU are and stand in your power because YOU actually LIKE who you are.
If that is a struggle you need to find the splits inside (the internal war) and realign.
Align our actions with our feelings.
I can't fool my heart, because it just knows ♥ this is my view.
Learn to own back what was disowned in the past, all the fragments of ourselves.
Accept yourself for your own sake.
Practice presence, vulnerability gratitude and compassion towards yourself and others, also other beings, yes the whole universe, for being here, having a life.
I feel that validation from anyone or anything outside of ourselves will not create the wholeness that we are trying to create inside, but our own validation I feel is the most important key to fulfilment and happiness.
I think when you can master that, is when you truly can love yourself.
This feeling of LOVE will also empower our immune system because with the power of LOVE you will vibrate at a higher frequency and not be so much of an easy target for disease.
I feel that taking really good care of our vessel, our carrier is a sign of devotion towards love and gratitude for ourselves and our life here.
"YOU are the only one that have to live inside of you, inside your body your WHOLE life"
Other tips and trics:
Low stress and good quality sleep.
Lower the use of screens in the evening, use anti-blue light glasses for screen protection and use emf protection.
Clean water, without added minerals such as fluoride and chlorine.
Start your day with (mouth care first J) minimum 1 liter of water, adding the juice of a lime or lemon to it is even better and wait half an hour to an hour before you eat. If you do the celery juice on a daily basis then that will be the next step after the water have been digested, then wait another half hour/hour before you eat.
You are doing your body a huge favour by avoiding foods that are high in fat and protein for breakfast and lunch.
This will give your body a break from the work of heavy digestion. By giving your body this break it can use the energy to clean, detox and heal itself and all the organs instead. You will feel lighter and more balanced too.
Just make sure you are getting enough food, always.
Try to get your vitamins and minerals from whole foods instead of supplementing, except B12 (+ iodine if needed) and vitamin D in the winter if the sun is too weak where you live.
Avoid multivitamins and foods with added vitamins and minerals (wholefoods in abundance will cover the needs).
Isolated vitamins and minerals can be harmful to our bodies.
Stay away from iron and copper supplements. Metals builds up in our brain and they oxidise there and can create mental disease, especially harmful with high fat diets.
When the fat percentage of our daily calories are over 15 it will be considered as a high fat diet, 5-10 % is optimal.
For babies and kids who is still growing and old people a little bit more fat is good, about 5-15 %.
Some supplements has their place but not on a daily basis unless you are treating something specific over a period of time.
If you eat a whole foods plant based diet with the macronutrient ratio I have mentioned earlier in this article (80-90% carbohydrates, 5-10% proteins and 5-10% fats) be sure to eat in abundance and I really mean to eat a lot, feel satisfied/full after a meal every time, at least in the beginning, do not count calories or think about weight issues, I promise that this way of eating will take care of that over time and your body will balance out and regulate itself back to its healthiest and into a naturally lean state.
If you decide to start your detox and healing journey towards better health and to protect yourself against the bug bastards, be aware of what we call detox symptoms.
It is completely normal to experience different kinds of symptoms, especially in the beginning.
Also the awareness of food combining is a blessing.
Knowing how long it takes for different foods to digest and knowing what mixes well together and what not, for more wellbeing and less gas and bloating.
Ionic zinc sulphate in liquid form and ascorbic acid in powder form, in big doses, together with bicarbonate and raw garlic, this is a very potent remedy if you need to attack and fight off "something" quickly.
Fasting is on the rise worldwide and is another approach that works but it is important to know how to do it.
If you just jump into it and start too quickly without proper preparation, you can easily create an overload of toxins that gets dumped in your filtering system and it can be just too much for the organs to handle at once.
Be careful and go slow with it if that is something you want to experiment with, and I will leave a link.
Urine Therapy, I know this is a very controversial and difficult topic to discuss but for those of you that are receptive to learn about it I will leave some links and book recommendations.
I have used it for some years myself now as an alternative treatment instead of using medications and I have to say that there is a reason I actually speak up about it and share this often not accepted or respected information.
The reason I want and choose to do so, share, is of course because it is super effective and works wonders if used correctly.
People from all over the world have practised this therapy for medicinal purposes for millennia.
Documented prescriptions in Europe originate from ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome.
Here is a little copy-paste-taste from: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/51167374_Urine_therapy_through_the_centuries
"Urine has always interested and attracted the attention of people. It was in fact never considered a waste product of the body but rather as a distilled product selected from the blood and containing useful substances for the care of the body.
It was referred to as the "gold of the blood" and "elixir of long life," indicating its therapeutic potential.
This paper reports on the practice of urine therapy since its origin attributed to the Indian culture, and briefly reviews its use through the centuries and different cultures and traditions.
Records from the Egyptians to Jews, Greeks, Romans and from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance testify to the practice of urine therapy--a practice that continues to be found in more recent times, from the 18th century to the present.
Experiences with the practice of urine therapy have even been discussed and shared recently in 2 different conferences: in 1996 in India and in 1999 in Germany, where people from different countries shared and presented their own research on urine therapy."
Once again why do you want to change?
Write it down, all the reasons, so that you have something to look to as a reminder in the beginning, if it gets hard.
And who are you doing it for?
"What is most healthy for the environment on our planet earth is also the healthiest for our bodies, with that I mean that we need to protect and cultivate the land around us, and remember, nothing will change if WE don't change something first".
I want to thank you so much for taking the time to read this waaay to long article, bless you and take really good care :)
